Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to support the Department of State in Arlington, VA.

Position Title: Senior Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Remote, with 1 onsite visit per quarter in Arlington, VA at the State Department campus.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME for Salesforce SaaS platform technologies for government clients.
- Design and own complex Salesforce architecture, including development, integration, security, deployment, and maintenance.
- Lead API and data integration efforts between Salesforce and other services.
- Collaborate with government leadership, Salesforce technical team, and vendors on platform upgrades.
- Manage major Salesforce version upgrades.
- Configure and modify Salesforce orgs to support client processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and peer reviews within the Salesforce team.
- Serve as Release Manager, utilizing Azure DevOps CI/CD protocols.
- Ensure system performance, security, and testing meet business expectations.
- Create technical design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain system reliability through Change and Configuration Management.
Experience Requirements:
- 4-6 years in an Architecture role
- 4+ years with Integration technologies
- 4+ years in Agile environments
- 4+ years presenting to executive clients
- 3+ years in federal sector projects
- 3+ years with Salesforce Gov and Experience Clouds
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year with Education Cloud
- Supporting Salesforce implementations for the Department of State
Education & Certifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, or related field, or 10+ years of related experience
- Salesforce Certified System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator
- MuleSoft Certified Architect, Developer, and API specialist
Additional Requirements:
- High-pressure environment experience, federal security knowledge, and executive interaction skills
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce product suite, including Education, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Experience with system integration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and mobile development
- Knowledge of web development, SSO integrations, and deployment tools
- Clearance: Secret clearance
Salary Range: $155k-$175k
