Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and maintains IT systems for business clients
  • Provides technical leadership, and supports and communicates system requirements to software development teams
  • Plans and designs the structure and solutions of new IT systems
  • Oversees the development and implementation of programs, and assures proper architecture is implemented
  • Meets with IT managers and Software Developers to determine a company's processes and current and future needs and specifications
  • Evaluates and determines appropriate software or hardware and recommends integration methods
  • Measures the performance of upgraded or newly installed technology systems, and monitors systems to assure they meet business goals and user needs
  • Determines if current systems can be upgraded or if a new system is required
  • Provides a company with design ideas and schematics
  • Troubleshoots technical systems issues and concerns
  • Oversees all aspects of the system integration
  • Provides the company with post-installation feedback
  • Trains staff on system procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
  • Salesforce Application Architect certification required
  • Active Security clearance required
