Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field; eight years of experience with Salesforce platform development.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC and Salesforce Flows for scalable solutions; REST/SOAP API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and translate into technical specifications with Product Management.
• Interact with engineering groups to design changes to equipment and software.
• Train and communicate with clients on systems applications.
• Analyze user needs and define system requirements and modifications.
• Draft technical specifications and complete installation/maintenance documentation.
