Kumon North America, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Developer in the NY/NJ area. You will independently design, develop, and deploy Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and APIs across Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for top‑tier user experiences.
• Develop solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud including case management and automation.
• Build and configure Agentforce and other AI‑driven capabilities for CS and marketing initiatives.
• Design scalable Salesforce data models balancing requirements, security, reporting, and performance.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries with governor limits in mind and bulk‑safe development.
• Determine when declarative solutions are appropriate versus custom development.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Own Salesforce solutions from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
