Job summary

Steampunk in Bloomington, IL, seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to own the overall functional design for Salesforce solutions, partnering with clients to deliver scalable, efficient implementations and mentoring junior analysts.

You will coordinate with the Technical Architect and PM, design and validate solutions for large-scale deployments, drive reusable accelerators, and lead human-centered design workshops with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience.
• 8+ years CRM experience with 7+ years as enterprise/platform architect.
• Hands-on experience building on the force.com platform.
• Lightning Framework and JavaScript frameworks experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator/ Service Cloud certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical consultation on customer requirements and solutions.
• Creates and presents an organization-wide roadmap aligning business needs to Salesforce solutions.
• Designs/architects solutions and supports development for large-scale customers.
• Validates solution components and presents alternatives to mitigate risks.
• Drives reusable accelerators and promotes adoption during delivery.
• Ensures standards, frameworks and security align with business strategy.
• Acts as technical liaison for customers and internal teams.
• Participates in HCD workshops with business stakeholders.
