ZealHire Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction of a Salesforce Education Cloud SIS implementation for the higher education sector.

The role focuses on end-to-end architecture, data modeling, and secure integration with legacy systems. The candidate should have 12+ years IT, 8+ years Salesforce, and 3+ years as a Solution/Technical Architect, with university experience and strong FERPA/data-governance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Hands-on architect experience on a full-lifecycle SIS implementation on Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud and Education Data Architecture (EDA).
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex, and LWCs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
• Experience integrating with SIS platforms (Ellucian Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Workday Student).
• Experience leading large-scale student and academic data migrations.
• Understanding of FERPA, data governance, privacy, security, and accessibility.
• DevOps, CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Architect the SIS on Salesforce Education Cloud.

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction of a Salesforce Education Cloud Student Information System (SIS) implementation within the higher education sector.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
• Hands-on architect experience on at least one full-lifecycle Student Information System implementation built on Salesforce Education Cloud, from design through go-live
• Strong higher education domain expertise, including: Student lifecycle, Registrar operations, Course catalog and scheduling, Registration and enrollment, Grading and academic records, Degree audit, and Student financials.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud and Education Data Architecture (EDA)
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or comparable middleware, and ETL tools
• Experience integrating with SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or Workday Student
• Experience leading large-scale student and academic data migrations
