Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in the United States is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, operations, and customer success teams.

You will lead delivery of complex features, drive API-based integrations, and advance AI-powered capabilities using Copado, Git, and SFDX, while aligning with RELX Responsible AI principles. Candidate must reside in Eastern Time zone (EST).

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, security, sharing, opportunity and forecast management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms via APIs and middleware.
• Build AI-driven automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex-based automation, and Einstein features.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX with automated testing.
