Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager to lead enterprise-level testing across multiple Salesforce tracks and integrations. You will drive program-level QA, governance, and release-readiness with cross-functional partners in Quality Engineering and delivery teams.

The role is remote and open to qualified applicants in the United States. A 15+ year track record in Salesforce testing and strong governance experience are required.

• 15+ years of enterprise Salesforce testing experience.
• Proven ability to lead program-level testing across tracks.
• Strong governance and test strategy background.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level testing across multiple Salesforce tracks and integrations.
• Establish and manage the program-level test strategy and governance.
• Drive SIT, end-to-end, regression, UAT, defect management and release-readiness.
• Coordinate cross-team testing dependencies and risks.
• Provide consolidated quality reporting and release-readiness recommendations.
