Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Salesforce Test Program Manager to lead program-level testing across multiple Salesforce tracks, applications, and integrations. You will partner with Test Leads, delivery teams, and leadership to establish testing standards, govern quality, and ensure release readiness.

The role emphasizes managing end-to-end testing, test strategy, and reporting, with a remote-first model open to qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise Salesforce testing leadership across multiple workstreams
• Experience establishing test strategies, governance frameworks, operating cadences, and program-level testing processes
• Ability to lead multiple Test Leads and coordinate System Integration Testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, UAT and release-readiness activities
• Strong program-management capabilities, including cross-track dependency management, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce tracks, applications, integrations, and Test Leads, aligning with program objectives and release timelines
• Establish and manage the program-level test strategy, governance, cadence, and standardized testing processes
• Drive system integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, UAT, defect management, and release-readiness activities
• Coordinate cross-track testing dependencies, risks, issues, and critical-path activities with business, development, and testing teams
• Provide consolidated program-level quality reporting covering test execution, defect trends, risks, and release-readiness recommendations
