Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions seeks a Salesforce QA Engineer to own testing across Lightning components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud. You will design and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests, and build automated suites for smooth releases.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage defect tracking, and ensure security configurations and data protection. On-site at government facilities with limited telework, you must hold an active clearance and DoD-aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 5+ years in Salesforce testing
• Hands-on testing of OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, permissions/sharing, and integrations
• Agile and Atlassian suite experience including test plan development and automation

Responsibilities

• Draft test plans and test cases for Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, and Experience Cloud sites against wireframes.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across workflows, automations, and platform upgrades.
• Test security configurations, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts; coordinate cross-browser and mobile compatibility testing.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders; maintain defect tracking and test reporting.
