Docker is seeking a senior Salesforce leader to guide a global team of developers and admins. You will own the platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations, while maintaining governance and security.

Pair with the Technical Architect to drive architectural decisions and align with GTM stakeholders. You will manage DevOps, release management, and production support, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality delivery in a remote‑first, globally distributed

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development exp. in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading a team of Salesforce developers/administrators.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, Flow, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Salesforce team, including hiring and performance mgmt.
• Own platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
• Guide architecture and code reviews for Salesforce components.
• Oversee DevOps and release lifecycle, CI/CD, and governance.
