Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead architecture, governance, and evolution of the Salesforce platform across the enterprise. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure platform alignment with business processes, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions.

You will define the platform vision, standards, and patterns while advising leadership on trade-offs and roadmaps, enabling operational efficiency and long-term platform sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of Salesforce functional, solution architecture, or platform design experience.
• 3+ years in a lead functional architect or Salesforce design leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Salesforce product owners and admins, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Define long-term Salesforce platform architecture and technology roadmap.
• Establish design standards and integration patterns for Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as design authority to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Translate business requirements into integrated Salesforce designs across multiple domains.
