Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day health, configuration, and evolution of its Salesforce platform. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate requirements into scalable declarative solutions and ensure a well-governed org that teams actually want to use.

The role involves building and maintaining Salesforce configurations, supporting users and licenses, improving data quality, and administering connected GTM

Qualifications

Experience administering Salesforce with declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes).
Ability to improve data quality through audits and deduplication.
Knowledge of GTM apps and integrations in Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day health, configuration, and evolution of Fleetio's Salesforce platform.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to gather requirements.
Translate requirements into scalable declarative solutions.
Maintain configuration: objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
Administer user licenses, roles, profiles, and sharing settings.
Manage integrations with GTM apps and troubleshoot syncs.
Lead platform maintenance: release readiness, security audits, and debt cleanup.
