Job summary

Association for Talent Development (ATD) is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to own architecture, security, and data governance across the Salesforce environment. You will design security models, governance standards, and integration strategy as Salesforce becomes the system of record for customer data.

You will collaborate with Workday and OMS teams, guide the Salesforce Administrator, and scale platform practices across departments with a strong governance focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration/architecture experience.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required.
• Demonstrated experience designing security architecture at scale (org-wide defaults, complex sharing rules).
• Hands-on integration with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as Confluent, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
• Experience with multi-department/global Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the org-wide security model, data access governance, and periodic security audits.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, deduplication, and data ownership with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Workday, OMS, Fluent; own API strategy and middleware usage.
• Own Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, DevOps tooling, and deployment governance.
• Mentor the Salesforce Administrator and support expansion of Salesforce usage across teams.
