Job summary

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the platform's security, data governance, and integration strategy. This role involves architecting org-wide security, governing data across units, and guiding Salesforce-connected systems including Workday and OMS.

You will work with the technology team to establish standards, mentor the Salesforce Admin, and scale governance as Salesforce becomes the system of record for customer and prospect data across

Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce administration/architecture experience; platform owner/lead capacity.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
• Experience designing security architecture at scale (org-wide defaults, complex sharing rules).
• Hands-on integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience supporting multi-department or global Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own org-wide security model, data access governance, audits.
• Define and enforce data quality and master data management concepts.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Workday, Fluent, and other systems.
• Own Salesforce release management, sandbox strategy, DevOps tooling, deployment governance.
• Mentor the Salesforce Administrator and provide technical escalation for complex issues.
