Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 10 years in Systems Support/Analytics/Operational Support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and core banking applications with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern patterns.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and enterprise Salesforce releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and promote development best practices.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
