Job summary

Oakridge Staffing has been engaged to locate a Senior Lightning Salesforce Developer for an Alternative Asset firm. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern UI on the Salesforce platform.

The role requires building Salesforce Lightning applications, Visualforce pages, and Apex controllers; strong knowledge of Aura, Open Source components, and security models is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise with Salesforce Lightning Development using LWC.
• Strong UI development using Lightning Components, Controllers and Events.
• Experience with Visualforce pages and Apex controllers.
• Knowledge of Aura Framework and Open Source components.
• Experience with Security/Sharing rules, permission sets and field/record security.
• Experience Cloud knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools and IDEs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce Lightning applications using Lightning Components, Controllers and Events.
• Design Visualforce Pages/Components and Apex Controllers for activity logging.
• Implement security models: permission sets, field/record security, profiles and roles.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet goals, timelines and interfaces.
