Qualifications

Lead Salesforce development activities and technical design.
Develop Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Implement Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
Design data models, objects, fields and relationships.
Build complex logic with Salesforce Flow and processes.
Enforce security models with profiles, roles, sharing rules.
Lead deployments using Salesforce CLI and change sets.
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding quality.
Participate in requirements, sprints, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Design and maintain Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules.
Develop complex business logic using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
Implement security models using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
Lead Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, and change sets.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Design scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards and coding quality.
Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and Agile development activities.
