Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support the Department of Military & Veterans Affairs and Michigan Veteran Homes in Lansing, Michigan. You will lead Salesforce-based requirements, ensure alignment with security standards, and drive Agile delivery across multiple teams and vendors.

You’ll mentor analysts, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with architects on architecture reviews and integrations. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business analysis experience.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and REST.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Platform Leadership for DMVA/MVH systems.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce specifications and user stories.
• Review designs, integration patterns, and security models.
• Manage sprints, backlogs, releases, and defects using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects and provide cost/ROI analyses.
• Lead requirements elicitation and process reengineering across stakeholders.
• Coordinate security reviews, procurement support, and QA alignment.
