Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a CRM Integration Architect for a 100% remote role in the United States. Design and govern Salesforce integrations with ERP, data, marketing, and ops to ensure scalable, secure connections.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce experience, hands-on with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica, and a proven large-scale integration leadership track record. Strong communication and mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
Hands-on with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
Experience designing data synchronization with ERP and operational systems.
Security expertise including OAuth and connected apps.
Proven leadership of large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems.
Choose integration patterns: request-reply, fire-and-forget, batch, event-driven.
Design integrations using Salesforce capabilities with middleware.
Lead design reviews and approve technical designs.
Define API strategy, contract management, and versioning.
Architect data synchronization with ERP and operations.
Mentor junior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Produce architecture artifacts and reference designs.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate platforms and approaches.
Stay current with Salesforce integration capabilities.
