• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce Connect.
• Build and support Service Cloud features for mortgage servicing.
• Build Agentforce agents with templates and actions.
• Maintain security model with permissions, profiles, sharing rules.
• Ensure code quality via tests, reviews, CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Contribute to platform architecture and strategy.
