Job summary

Touchpoints is hiring a Salesforce Developer to build and configure industry-specific solutions. You will work with Omni Script, Visualforce, Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on experience and a track record with Omni Studio tools and Data Raptors. A hybrid work environment is available for this role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development (Omni Script, Visualforce, Apex, LWC, Aura).
• Strong experience with Omni Studio tools and Data Raptors.
• Omni Studio Developer Certification is a plus.
• Experience in Public/Federal Sector preferred.
• Knowledge of Workflows and Process Builders for Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce using workflows and process builders.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical designs for the team.
• Develop reusable assets, solutions and accelerators.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.
