Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud for child welfare applications, including case management, licensing, and service operations.

The role requires leading technical discovery, designing solutions, coding Apex and LWC components, reviewing releases, and implementing AI-enabled automation while ensuring security, governance, and scalability.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud and end-to-end solution design.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Strong background in system integrations and release management.
Ability to design AI-enabled automation while maintaining governance.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions and gather requirements with stakeholders.
Design Salesforce solutions, integrations, and technical blueprints.
Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and system integrations.
Review Salesforce releases for breaking changes and impacts.
Implement AI-driven solutions and responsible AI capabilities.
Ensure solutions meet security, governance, scalability, and maintainability standards.
