Job summary

GFiber is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to work across the stack—from front end to data pipelines—delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be self-sufficient, troubleshoot proactively, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers across teams.

You’ll implement code, unit tests, and support deployment within an Agile framework, while balancing technical and business needs. Strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years Salesforce engineering experience (Apex, Lightning Web, triggers, SOQL).
• 5 years experience with Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud Engagement (ExactTarget).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with business applications.

Responsibilities

• Write and review technical documents and participate in code reviews.
• Write code and unit tests, and participate in build and deployment support.
• Apply agile software techniques, and partner with TPMs to manage software delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Troubleshoot to dive deep to resolve issues and bugs.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders to balance technical and business priorities.
