Job summary

Authority Brands is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and support Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce platform for multiple brands. The role centers on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within the platform architecture and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate will own technical delivery, with hands-on experience across Field Service, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise application development experience with 5+ years Salesforce development.
• Deep proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and security model.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in an enterprise environment.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools: Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC, and Flows per platform standards.
• Create bulk-safe, scalable solutions considering governor limits and multi-brand sharing models.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Named Credentials with external systems.
• Write unit tests, ensure code coverage, and participate in code/design reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance problems across Salesforce capabilities.
