Job summary

Winnebago Industries, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to own the design, delivery, integration, administration, and optimization of the Winnebago Motorhome Salesforce platform.

You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and support enterprise integrations. The role requires experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and MuleSoft, plus familiarity with CI/CD and Salesforce security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and data management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
• Experience with Flow, MuleSoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience in Agile software delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce projects from requirements to deployment.
• Support integrations via MuleSoft, APIs, and Platform Events.
• Manage Salesforce environments, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor developers and participate in architecture reviews.
