Job summary

HRC Global Services seeks a Senior DevOps Manager to own release management, CI/CD, and platform administration for a large-scale Salesforce Government Cloud application. You will lead an ownership model across multiple scrum teams with a focused two-week sprint cadence, managing metadata-driven deployment, security changes, and Experience Cloud configurations.

The role requires coordinating an enterprise migration to a DevOps platform while ensuring audit readiness and FedRAMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience owning release management or DevOps for a production Salesforce org.
• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own the release process end to end across multiple scrum teams and maintain a forward release plan.
• Mature the CI/CD pipeline with automated tests, gates, and quality checks.
• Manage sandbox strategy, data seeding, and environment-specific config.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration including users, profiles, and Experience Cloud access.
• Support FedRAMP constraints on Salesforce Government Cloud and audit readiness.
• Lead migration to an enterprise Salesforce DevOps platform (Copado/alternatives).
• Maintain the DevOps Plan and track deployment metrics in Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and surface deployment risks early.
