Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience.
• Hands-on with Copado, AutoRABIT, etc., in large Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong Git version control, branching, merging, and build configuration.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Platform capabilities (Unlocked Packages, SFDX, Apex, Lightning, Vlocity).
• Ability to drive security tooling integration (Snyk, Checkmarx, SonarQube).
• Ability to work with multiple global teams and offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Salesforce code deployments across environments, ensuring governance and release readiness.
• Support multiple development teams on a federated Salesforce platform.
• Maintain code consistency and stability across sandboxes and environments.
• Manage advanced Git operations, conflict resolution, and rebasing.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with DevOps tools and automation.
• Integrate security code-scanning into the pipeline and automate test execution post-deploy.
• Continuously improve release efficiency and pipeline architecture.
