Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in DevOps/ALM, 5+ years with Salesforce, and expert Copado and Azure DevOps experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in software development, DevOps, release engineering, or ALM.
• 5+ years Salesforce platform experience in enterprise-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns Salesforce DevOps practices, tools, and release management.
• Administers Copado for enterprise deployment activities.
• Designs and improves CI/CD pipelines for multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Manages deployment workflows across multiple orgs and environments.
• Defines release governance, branching, and code promotion processes.
• Partners with teams to ensure SDLC adoption and consistency.
• Leads DevOps governance and environment management across Salesforce ecosystem.
• Supports daily deployment operations and production support tasks.
• Develops long-term roadmaps for DevOps maturity and platform stability.
• Drives automation and reduces manual effort in deployments.
• Manages source control with Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align DevOps with objectives.
• Establishes environment management strategies and runbooks.
• Monitors deployment performance and quality, driving improvements.
• Troubleshoots deployment issues and pipeline failures.
• Evaluates new technologies to boost delivery performance.
