Qualifications
- High‑level Salesforce DevOps expertise in enterprise environments.
- Experience with release management and CI/CD, automated deployment processes.
- Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab, branching strategies, and deployment automation.
- Hands‑on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) and metadata management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce DevOps and release management across large enterprise environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Define and enforce Git/GitLab workflows, branching strategies, version control, and release processes.
- Manage Salesforce metadata deployments across multiple environments, troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Work hands‑on with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
- Partner with development, architecture, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to coordinate enterprise releases.
- Support Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security, configuration, and metadata.
- Coordinate Salesforce releases and dependencies across MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving deployments, metadata, CI/CD pipelines, environments, integrations, and release automation.
- Establish DevOps best practices around source control, branching, code promotion, environment management, quality gates, and release governance.
- Support Salesforce GovCloud and federal environments, IL4/IL5 compliance and security requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce development and DevOps teams.
