Job summary

Flosum, a Salesforce-native DevOps platform, seeks a visionary Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who understands the Salesforce ecosystem and can shape product strategy for Fortune 100 customers. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce: metadata architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, ISV ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own sprint planning and release coordination.
• Partner with engineering to deliver on aggressive timelines and manage backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, competitive win rates.
