General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise IT team on a customer site in McLean, VA. You will collaborate with a software development team to deliver integration and enterprise applications, leveraging Java, REST, and AWS services.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into robust solutions, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications, and contributing to DevOps and Agile practices to improve team

Qualifications

• Front End: Salesforce, SPA with JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS/HTML.
• Back End: REST, Java, JDBC, Oracle DB.
• Build & CI/CD: Git, DevOps practices for large Java products.
• AWS experience with S3, RDS, EC2, ECS.
• Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.
• Implement the product lifecycle: design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and adhere to best-practices for developing applications.
