VLink Inc. in Dallas area is seeking an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to oversee design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions.

The role leads a team of developers and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Salesforce experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of the full SDLC, APIs, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience required.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle from analysis to delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive system changes when needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations).
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools as needed.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions.
• Perform regular code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards.
• Handle integration between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, etc.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability
