Job summary
OP Consulting Group LLC in Lansing, MI is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and implement customizable CRM solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center. You’ll manage the full Salesforce lifecycle from development to deployment and translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce development, Service Cloud/Health Cloud, Lightning/LWC, Apex, and REST integrations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on CRM development for Salesforce including lifecycle
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud
- 3+ years of Lightning, including LWC
- Experience with API integrations and SSO implementations
Responsibilities
- Hands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows and user stories
- Define technical requirements with stakeholders for new projects
- Ensure alignment of technical work with customer requirements and goals
- Own release cycles and deployments for new/updated apps
- Maintain technical guidelines and standards for the development team
- Collaborate with other systems for cross‑functional integrations
- Ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines throughout the lifecycle
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and guide decision‑making
