Novalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver customizable CRM solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center team at the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. You will own end-to-end development, including data migrations, integrations, and security considerations, to drive business value.

The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce development, deep expertise in Service Cloud/Health Cloud, and strong communication to align

• Demonstrated hands on experience with Salesforce, including SFDX and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• 2+ years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign On (SSO) implementations.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, or release management.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on CRM development supporting crisis call workflows for the MICAL (Michigan Crisis Line).
• Work with colleagues, customers, and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and optimizations.
• Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and performance goals.
• Own release cycles to deploy new updates to applications and code.
• Provide technical leadership across project environments and standards.
• Collaborate with other systems developers to enable cross-system integration.
• Ensure solutions comply with security guidelines and standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate technical concepts to executives and drive decision-making.
