Job summary

Tekshapers Inc. is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer for a remote, long-term role.

You will lead hands-on development, configuration, and integration across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with APIs and third-party systems. Responsibilities include Apex, LWCs, Flows, Experience Cloud portals, Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations, and collaboration with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Job Details:

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms. This role builds and customizes Salesforce components, develops APIs, integrates third-party systems, and collaborates with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud, the Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in modernizing contact center capabilities, integrating with AWS services, and enabling EHR interoperability to enhance patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.
• Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient, provider, and partner experiences.
• Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows.
• Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
• Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.

Integrations & Data Management

• Develop and maintain API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL DBs), and other enterprise systems.
• Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange patterns.
• Collaborate with data teams to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for real-time analytics and unified patient data.

Testing, Deployment & Governance

• Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment processes.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards, HIPAA regulations, and platform governance policies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and UX designers to refine technical requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet patient and provider experience goals.
• Provide technical input during design workshops, sprint planning, and release reviews.

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Contribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and AWS-native services.
• Explore opportunities to optimize workflows, case resolution, and personalization through AI-driven automation.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (additional experience may substitute for degree)
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on development and configuration experience with:
  • Apex classes/triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
  • Flow and automation tools
  • Agentforce
  • Data Cloud integrations
• Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems
• Proficiency in designing API-based integrations with AWS services and external systems
• Exposure to implementing generative and agentic AI capabilities in Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist)
• Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum, Copado or SFDX/Jenkins
