Job summary

Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a Salesforce Developer to own development and administration of a Salesforce environment serving 350+ users across departments. You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and automation.

You will help maintain a clean, high-performing Salesforce ecosystem and proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale the platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I & II, Admin, App Builder).
Experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages/Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

Configure Lightning prototypes and demos.
Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Design and develop standard and custom components in the Lightning framework.
Proactively identify opportunities for scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into design specifications.
Serve as primary Salesforce administrator/developer for 350+ users across departments.
Housekeeping tasks to keep the org clean and organized.
