Morph Enterprise LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Programmer Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce modernization initiative in a hybrid Lansing, MI setting. You will design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Classic-to-Lightning migrations, Experience Cloud sites, and legacy portal modernization.

The role emphasizes hands-on Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura development, plus integration with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/SSO, and Conga Composer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
6 years of Salesforce development experience.
4 years hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura.
5 years Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites experience.
Strong migration experience from Classic to Lightning.
Experience migrating Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites.
5 years GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent scheduling product experience.
5 years Conga Composer experience.
3 years Salesforce LWC experience.
Proficiency with SFDX and Salesforce development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Lead and support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
Migrate legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
Develop with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura; configure via Flows and declarative tools.
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and end users; create technical docs.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs; implement OAuth and SSO.
Ensure secure, scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions; manage CI/CD tasks.
