Morph Enterprise is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative in a hybrid role based in Lansing, MI. The candidate will focus on Classic-to-Lightning migrations, Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites, and legacy Visualforce portal modernization.

You will design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and various integration methods.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or higher.
6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
4+ years hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, HTML5.
5+ years of Service Cloud experience.
5+ years of Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration.
5+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent.
5+ years of Conga Composer experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Lightning/LWC experience.
Experience with SFDX and Azure DevOps/CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Lead and support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
Migrate and modernize legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites.
Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and declarative tools.
Work with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud extensively.
Customize GoMeddo Scheduling solutions.
Develop and maintain solutions using Conga Composer.
Design integrations between Salesforce and cloud/on-premises apps.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs; work with JSON/XML.
Implement OAuth and SSO authentication.
Develop Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex; support data migration and data quality.
Manage development, release, and deployment with SFDX and Azure DevOps/CI/CD.
Participate in code reviews, branching, merging, testing, and deployment.
Identify risks and deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with architects, managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Create technical documentation and development standards.
Support knowledge transfer and transition to Maintenance & Operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Programmer Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Salesforce development experience, particularly in Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration, Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites, and legacy Visualforce portal modernization.

The candidate will work with technical teams, architects, business stakeholders, and end users to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Lead and support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
Migrate and modernize legacy Visualforce portals to Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

Work extensively with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Required Qualifications
