Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions on Salesforce. The role covers Lightning Web Components, Apex, automation, and external integrations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, produce clean, well-documented code, and clearly communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certs and Experience Cloud exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and platform automation.
• Proven experience writing Apex triggers, asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled), and Flows.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, sharing, security, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and events.
• Ability to document designs and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Certification such as Platform Developer I/II is preferred; Experience Cloud/Service/Sales Cloud adds value.
