Position 1: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Brentwood, TN (Work from Office)

Open for FTE / CTH or C2C

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Salesforce applications to create custom solutions.
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Supporting, maintaining, and improving existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
• Creating and maintaining integrations with other systems using web services and APIs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and developers to identify and implement system improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
• Managing change controls within the platform, following strict software development practices.
• Supporting Salesforce configurations for Sales, Marketing, and Service, based on business requirements.
• Supporting Salesforce security and data integrity, documenting configurations, and providing end-user support.
• Driving system improvements, automations, and customizations to meet business needs.
• Staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Understanding data flows and integrations across enterprise applications.
• Performing Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, workflows, and automation.
• Creating reports and dashboards for end-user analysis.
• Providing training to support user adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator).

Position 2: Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: Dallas, TX (Work from Office)

FTE Only (No Transfers) or CTH

Qualifications & Experience

• College diploma or degree in computer science or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in the banking domain and case management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Experience with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, and Aura components.
• Ability to follow development standards and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in Salesforce software release management and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of organizational goals.
