MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for the Indiana Department of Health - Lead and Healthy Homes project in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on securing, stabilizing, and modernizing enterprise Salesforce platforms, including core Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

You will lead major technical initiatives, enhance pipelines, and build internal capacity through structured training and documentation.

Qualifications

Advanced Salesforce development experience with core Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
Strong architectural thinking and ability to support enterprise systems.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and security governance.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across Salesforce platforms and integrations.
Maintain platform stability by monitoring jobs, logs, APIs, errors, governor limits, and performance.
Develop and maintain runbooks, data dictionaries, and deployment documentation; reduce technical debt.
Lead multi-environment release cycles (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod) using CI/CD and version control.
Design and implement features using Apex, LWC, Flows; ensure secure coding practices and tests.
Design, secure, and optimize API-based integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) with external systems.
