Job summary

Monogram Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our Salesforce team, clinical, and frontline staff in caring for members with multiple chronic conditions. You will focus on HealthCloud, Service Cloud, Field Lightning Service, and Marketing Cloud to drive improvements and deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with administrators and developers, write Apex/Lightning code, and ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance while assisting with integrations and data quality across

Qualifications

Five+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience with HealthCloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud a plus.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and other Salesforce team members.
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce DL lifecycle, and data handling.
Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop/Review Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Create and maintain Custom User Interfaces (Visualforce, Lightning).
Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs; ensure data quality and privacy.
Adhere to best practices, write tests, and document code.
Plan releases, manage environments, and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
Mitigate risks and ensure security (HIPAA, SOC2) across the platform.
