Job summary

Tinker Federal Credit Union’s IT Department is seeking a Salesforce Development Specialist III/SR to design, code, test, and support Salesforce solutions in a banking environment. The starting salary ranges from $106,414 to $163,891, with placement based on experience, and a weekday schedule that may require evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field required for Levels III and Senior.
• Five years of experience in development/administration/support of Salesforce platforms for Level III; at least one year on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud; financial institution experience preferred.
• Senior level requires seven years of progressively responsible Salesforce experience; at least three years on Financial Services Cloud; financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Lightning Components, integrations, automation, reports, and platform enhancements.
• Manage data accessibility, security, integrity, and timely delivery of business-critical information.
• Support deployments and participate in disaster recovery activities to maintain Salesforce application stability and availability.
