Job Summary

The Sr Salesforce Developer is a full-lifecycle role that partners closely with the business and developers to ensure system integrity and scalability. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring sales and marketing success by driving significant business value with existing and new projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration and declarative automation.
• Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases.
• Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs.
• Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-proof.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development.
• Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members.
• Work with product to help define and refine requirements.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred.
• Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.
• Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings and other declarative controls and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong communication.
• Fluent English Level.
• Located in Latam.
