Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, and security.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Field Service Consultant) a big plus.
• Experience with deployment tools Git, Salesforce DX.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on the Field Service module.
• Customize and configure the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) application to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Utilize integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica) to facilitate data flow and connectivity.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, including code optimization and data management.
• Customer facing with good communication skills.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and Field Service domain.
