Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will design, develop, and modernize Salesforce apps, integrate enterprise systems, and implement intelligent automation to improve business processes and service delivery.

The role requires expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Copado in a SAFe/Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, data modeling, and platform security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Practical experience configuring Agentforce agents, developing prompts and custom actions, and testing AI workflows leveraging Einstein AI and Prompt Builder.
• Experience with Copado and CI/CD pipelines; unit testing and debugging.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and declarative configuration.
• Build and maintain secure enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Configure Agentforce agents, Einstein AI capabilities, and Prompt Builder templates.
• Apply platform security controls, testing, monitoring, and auditing practices.
• Manage deployments via Copado and CI/CD pipelines; perform code reviews and debugging.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, stories, and acceptance criteria within SAFe/Agile.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with product owners, architects, admins, cybersecurity and stakeholders.
