Job summary

Trissential is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will work with Analysts, Architects, PMs, and QA in a hybrid environment to deliver scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.

The role requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with Agile delivery and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise across Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Government Cloud and Salesforce data security models.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals.
• Build scalable apps using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems for enterprise processes.
• Create automated workflows and platform enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into designs.
• Work with Project Managers on scope, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Develop testing strategies and lead user acceptance testing.
• Document technical designs and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security.
