The role requires deep Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST APIs, with responsibility for data migrations, integrations, and governance in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience with development lifecycle and DL tools.
• Strong background in Service Cloud and Digital Experience Sites.
• Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning and integrating with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with stakeholders and align with customer goals.
• Own release cycles and deployment of new or updated applications.
• Maintain technical direction across project environments and security standards.
• Collaborate with other systems for cross‑platform integration.
• Provide architecture guidance and oversee data migrations and quality.
