Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our scrum team in Boise. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating across squads to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

You will build custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, while applying security best practices and data management. The role emphasizes automation, performance, and mentoring newer developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and data management best practices.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Boomi is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein, and exposure to AI integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build custom apps and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flow; optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications following best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with external apps using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities within Salesforce.
